Getting started
What do I need before Caelia is useful?
A Windows 10 or 11 machine, an internet connection, and a key from one model provider - Gemini, OpenRouter, ChatGPT, Google Vertex AI or Caelia Cloud. You can also sign in with a ChatGPT account instead of pasting a key. Setting it up is a paste into a settings field, not a configuration exercise.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You speak or type in ordinary language. The technical part is what Caelia does on the other side of your sentence.
Which languages does it understand?
English and Urdu, including the two mixed together in one sentence, which is how most people here actually talk.
How long does setup take?
Ten minutes or so on a normal connection. Most of that is the download.
Licence and payment
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes, $60. No renewal, no card stored, no tier above it with the good features in it. Your licence includes all updates released for its version.
How do I pay?
USDT on the TRC20 or BEP20 network, or Binance Pay. The checkout shows the address for whichever you pick, along with the exact amount. You then send us the transfer screenshot on WhatsApp or Telegram and we issue your key.
How quickly do I get the key?
Usually the same day, and often within the hour for local transfers that clear immediately.
Can I use my licence on more than one PC?
Yes. Pick how many computers you want at checkout and you get one key that works on all of them. The price is per computer. Changing PC later is free - move the activation across yourself, or ask us to clear the old one if that machine is gone.
What if I reinstall Windows?
Message us and we will clear the old activation so your key works again.

Cost of running it
Why do I need my own model provider key?
Because that is what keeps the licence a one-off. Reselling AI usage would mean charging you monthly to cover it. Instead you connect your own account, pay the provider directly, and see exactly what you spend.
Will that cost a lot?
For ordinary daily use, several providers have a free tier that is enough. Heavy use of the largest models costs real money, but it is your account and your ceiling, visible to you.
Does web search cost extra?
No. Searching the web is built in and needs no separate subscription or key.
Privacy and safety
Where do my files go?
They stay on your computer. Caelia reads them locally, and what reaches the model provider is the part a specific request needs - not your drive.
What does leave my machine?
What you ask, plus whatever context the request needs, goes to the model provider you chose - that is what produces the answer. Licence checks go to our activation service. Everything else stays local. The privacy page sets this out in more detail.
Can it delete my files by mistake?
Anything destructive or significant is shown to you for approval first rather than done quietly. Caelia proposes, you decide.
Does it record me all the time?
The microphone is used when you are talking to it or when wake-word listening is switched on, and you control that. It is not a background recorder.
Practical problems
Windows says the publisher is unknown. Is that a problem?
It means the installer is not yet signed with a commercial certificate, so SmartScreen warns you. Choose More info then Run anyway. A certificate is on our list.
How do updates work?
Caelia checks shortly after it starts, downloads a new version quietly and installs it when you close the app. Nothing to download by hand.
Will it slow my PC down?
It is a desktop application and uses memory like one. Background sub-agent work is the heaviest part; you decide when that runs.
